Unnamed villain - Responsible for the timelines and universes merging. Is from the future and came back to rewrite the past. Always one step ahead of the heroes. Has hidden room in SCOURGE castle used to survey the group. Narcissistic, arrogant, thinks himself as a hero. Created disaster to train the group and make them stronger.

Umbris - Villain of act 2. Leads Shadowborn armies. Allied with no-one, seeks to destroy the world. Fought in the shadow realm.

The Prophet - Lieutenant of Umbris. Oversees a battle and is fought. Tries to manipulate events throughout the story.

Mechaminjaze - Tries to kill the group during the quest, out for revenge.

Raid - A result of the mixed timelines. Secondary antagonist.
